Within this Project, I carried out an outreach activity in person with the kids from the Elementary School Venuti in Cortona. I also visited the High School Marco Polo in Florence to talk to students about Mathematical Modeling (Feb 2024).
- Belgium - In the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 school years, I participated to activities of Mathematics and Philosophy with high-school students of the Commonauté scolaire Sainte-Marie, Namur.
- USA - In the 2023/2024 school year, I participated to Letters to a Pre-Scientist .

- On Dec 21st 2024 I gave a talk (in Italian) at the Museum of Natural History of Grosseto (Italy) titled "Self-organization in complex systems: the phenomenon of synchronization, from fireflies to heartbeat".
- I will be an online speaker at the XIX Conference of Italian Researchers in the World, to be held in Brussels on May 23rd 2025.
Engagement
- In 2022, we organized the 2nd edition of the workshop Women and Girls in Science at Université de Namur (Beglium).
- With colleagues from Namur, we wrote a column on Europhysics News on the Matilda Effect and the editorial for the 2024 calendar of Inspiring Women in Physics, featured in Europhysics News, where I was also interviewed.
- We wrote a short article on the Belgian Mathematical Society Newsletter on how we can help the advancement of Mathematics in developing countries. Recently, we also wrote an opinion article on what can Early Stage Researchers do against inequalities on SPIE news, the journal of the International Society for Optics and Photonics.
